Over the past decade, we have remained deeply committed to our core mission of making health easier. As our Executive Director, Racheal, shared in a recent feature with Nanyang Siang Pau, ESG is a core business strategy. Enterprise initiatives in sustainability do not exist solely for short term revenue, but rather to systematically build our most vital enterprise assets: trust, brand equity, and long term resilience.
Products generate business, brand builds trust, and ESG creates the enduring foundation that allows a company to scale responsibly. This philosophy is embedded throughout our entire supply chain. From using FSC certified paper and eco friendly soy inks for product packaging to achieving a 13.6% reduction in carbon emissions in 2025 through our green logistics partnership with DHL Express under the GoGreen Plus program, we consistently align our operational practices with environmental stewardship.
Integrating ESG into daily corporate life also serves as a key driver for talent attraction and team alignment. By implementing simple office habits, such as removing individual desk waste bins to encourage central recycling, and reserving time during monthly company meetings for ESG updates, we create a workplace culture rooted in shared values. Moving forward, we remain dedicated to advancing our ESG journey, proving that business growth, talent retention, and environmental responsibility move forward together.
