#Job requirement
1. Dealer Commission Processing (70%)
- Calculate and process dealer/sales commissions accurately and on time based on pre-established formulas.
- Review, verify, and reconcile commission statements from multiple products/channels.
- Analyze and assess the accuracy of sales and commission data.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve commission discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain accurate periodic records of commissions and supporting documentation.
- Generate commission reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
- Ensure commission documentation is updated, clear, and compliant.
- Support audits and financial reviews relating to commission payments.
- Evaluate commission guidelines periodically and recommend improvement measures.
- Research and understand commission structures across various products and verticals.
2. Reconciliation & Accuracy Control (30%)
- Perform regular reconciliation of collections, receipts, AR balances, and bank statements.
*Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in collections and cash receipts promptly - Conduct monthly reconciliation between system records and financial reports to ensure accuracy
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration (5%)
- Collaborate with teams to manage deals and resolve commission-related matters.
- Respond to dealer inquiries regarding commission payouts.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure transactional accuracy.
- Provide solutions for ad hoc operational or commission-related requests.
4. Process Improvement & Operational Support (5%)
Support enhancement and optimization of commission processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in revenue and commission operations.
- Ensure transparency and efficiency in commission and AR processes.
5. Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar roles
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
