- To perform test buy of company products from local marketplaces or social media platforms to identify the DEs who are involved in the violation of company’s policies and procedures.
- To attend to e-ticket enquiries related to compliance issues in a timely manner.
- To monitor and conduct investigation on suspicious sales of DE with sudden increase in sales.
- To prepare and update show cause reports to ensure penalty cases are properly recorded.
- To issue warning letters, reminder letters or termination letters to DEs upon conclusion of show cause.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors/management
purpose of role:
To monitor, investigate, and enforce compliance with company policies by identifying policy violations, handling related enquiries, and managing disciplinary actions against dealers.
job requirement
- Education: Degree or equivalent in any field.
- Required language: Proficient in English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently
- Required skills: Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Prior experience in handling penalties, fines, and issuing warnings would be an added advantage.
- Soft skills: Able to handle sensitive and confidential information, possess strong analytical and critical thinking skill and interpersonal communication skill.
