- Videography & Technical Skills
- Proficient in handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras and videography equipment (lighting, audio, stabilizers).
- Strong knowledge of camera settings, lighting techniques, and composition.
- Ability to direct subjects and manage small shoots independently.
- Video Editing
- Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Able to add music, sound effects, transitions, and basic color grading.
- Bonus: Experience in After Effects or motion graphics for animation and text effects.
- Content Creation
- Skilled in writing short scripts or captions that suit each platform.
- Familiar with current social media trends and video formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok challenges).
