purpose of role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team at Wellous. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital and search marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta ID.

job requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven success in strategizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, web analytics, and social media (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Experience working with media agencies and handling traditional media channels (TV, radio, print).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set priorities and manage teams effectively.
Creative, enthusiastic, and highly results-driven.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
Able to perform under pressure with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting and editing skills.
