Group Reporting & Consolidation Support
• Assist in the preparation of group monthly management accounts and consolidation schedules.
• Support consolidation activities, including data collection from subsidiaries and validation of submitted financial information.
• Assist in preparing intercompany reconciliation schedules and follow up on variances.
• Support elimination entries, reclassification, and consolidation adjustments under supervision.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Assist in compiling group-level financial reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards.
• Support preparation of reporting packs for management and board review.
• Perform basic analytical reviews to identify unusual movements, inconsistencies, or data gaps.
Accounting Standards & Controls
• Assist in applying accounting policies and group reporting guidelines consistently across subsidiaries.
• Support documentation of accounting policies, SOPs, and working papers.
• Assist in audit preparation by compiling schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper record keeping to support audit and internal control requirements.
Systems & Data Management
• Assist in maintaining group reporting templates, consolidation models, and reporting schedules.
• Support data uploads, checks, and reconciliations within group reporting or consolidation systems.
• Coordinate with local finance teams to resolve data or reporting

The Finance Assistant (Group Reporting) supports Group level financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis activities. This role provides exposure to group reporting processes, month-end consolidation, and statutory reporting, while building a strong foundation in accounting standards, data accuracy, and financial controls.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles.
• Strong in numeracy skill and info system savvy
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookup, pivot tables preferred)
• Flexible, proactive and positive attitudes.
