SET OF EIGHT - MAGNIFICENT antique Cup and saucer sets – 16 pieces total! I think these are the most beautiful dishes, I’ve ever seen! Please zoom in and check out the incredible colors, the magnificent pattern, and the beautiful condition. Look at those butterflies! These are very old, I believe the mark on the back would date them from between 1897 and 1914 approximately. I see no chips or cracks, just tiny bit of normal age crazing on a few saucers-and routine mold mark spots on the back from the old-school manufacturing process. One cup has a very tiny dark crazing line just above handle. See photos. Please note that there is a subtle embossed detail under the flowers, which makes them stand out a bit and catch the light. Decoration on the inside of the cup is outstanding! Each was photographed so you could scrutinize and see the remarkable nature of the handiwork, with a subtle scalloped edge treatment - these are gorgeous!
